- All rooms at Governor's Inn are non-smoking. Our guests are welcome to smoke outside of the hotel, or on their balcony.
- Are very small pets okay?
- Governor's Inn is a pet-free hotel. No pets of any size are permitted. Ramada on the Parkway and Rodeway Inn Mountain Skys do offer pet rooms.
- What is included with breakfast?
- Biscuits & Gravy, Belgian Waffles, Oatmeal, Cold Cereals, Donuts, Toast, English Muffins, Fruit, Milk, Juice, Tea, and Coffee.
- What are your pool hours?
- The outdoor pool and hot tub at Governor's Inn are open for our guests' enjoyment from 9am to 10pm, seasonally. (The pool area is usually closed in Winter.)
- How far are you from Dollywood?
- Dollywood's main entrance is just around the corner - less than 5 minutes away!
- Can we use the water park at The Resort at Governor's Crossing?
- Unfortunately, due to safety regulations, only guests of The Resort may use their waterpark.
- How much parking is available?
- Governor's Inn has ample parking available on both sides of the building.
- How many TVs in each room?
- Two.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes, Governor's Inn offers a family suite comprising a two queen room and a king/sofa room. For suite availability call 1-888-482-7829.
- How old do you have to be to check in?
- At least one person in your room must be 18 years old or older.
- Do you have discount tickets for Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, etc?

- How far is Pigeon Forge?
- Sevierville and Pigeon Forge blend into one another. Governor's Inn is about 2 minutes from Pigeon Forge.
